Pros

Fun people to work with and Christmas parties were fun. Hours were fair. It was a great group of people to work with in the call center.

Cons

There was a lot of overtime that wasn't paid. Nepotism. Strict rules. Managers weren't fair with time off requests. Lots of behind the scenes changes.

Pros

I started with the company in 2017 and I loved everything about working there but when the company changed hands it became less family oriented and more like a sweatshop

Cons

I was let go after 9 years and was making less than $20 a hour I was literally assisting and training new employees who were making more than man , the micro managing , a tad bit of rascism and nepotism I can go on and on I watched that place completely go down hill
