Cons

Lots of driving (but fair reimbursement). Mandatory overtime, which adds stress to an already demanding job. Pressure to go above and beyond, like participating in weekend fund-raisers.

We are aggressively recruiting additional staff to meet our growing census and to provide a manageable caseload to our direct patient care employees. We recognized the caseloads were too high, and this past year we were able to reduce them.
