Pros

I have had the best experience since joining the company. It is the first place I've worked where the culture is all it says it is. The people are professional but easy going and a pleasure to work with. The organisation encourages learning and development and many staff have been working for the business for a long time and moved through a variety of roles during their time (a good sign). I am looking forward to many years of being with Dimension Data.

Cons

I honestly cant say that I have any cons at this stage. Some would say i'm still in the honeymoon period but I figured out pretty early on that the environment was the right one for me. I feel appreciated and it makes me want to do more.
