Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working with Care Dimensions. As you note in the “Pros” section of your review, Care Dimensions is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization that is supportive of its staff. We take great pride in all three points. Care Dimensions supports our employees in numerous ways and we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We do, however, acknowledge that during these abnormal times when pandemic-related staffing shortages persist throughout the health care industry, workloads may be heavier than usual. We are working hard with employees throughout the organization to improve staffing levels and issues that could affect recruitment and retention.
