The Executive Team is truly dedicated to the organization's mission and always prioritizes patient care - so because of that we employ the most special and amazing employees across all departments. Everyone has a "how can I help you" attitude. Pros: Tone at the top = A+, competitive fringe benefits, retirement plan and time off, supportive environment, robust in house IT support and equipment, hybrid/flexible schedules depending on your department, EXCELLENT orientation and thorough trainings/education, employee town halls, wellness development opportunities, employee engagement activities, volunteer opportunities and most importantly working for a company that takes care of the community by serving patients and their families when they need help the most.
