Regarding compensation , we conduct extensive market surveys that compare our packages to what is offered by other nonprofit employers in our industry and region so that we can remain competitive. I am sorry we missed the mark on engagement from the c-suite. We pride ourselves in our Town Halls where employees can ask our Executive Team questions and are encouraged to share additional thoughts after the meeting.
