Thank you for this review and for your commitment to our patients and their families. Care Dimensions’ core values are Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, Responsiveness, and Innovation. We work hard to make sure that our employees are supported well and have a good work-life balance. Regarding our compensation, we conduct extensive market surveys of our packages in comparison to other employers in our industry. Care Dimensions was formed as an all-volunteer organization in 1978. We are now the largest hospice organization in Massachusetts, yet we maintain our nonprofit status and are committed to caring for our patients and our team members. We offer competitive compensation – which includes a comprehensive benefits package – in a nonprofit environment.
