Pros

Great coworkers (those still left). Patients and family members. Rewarding work. Vacation days are decent.

Cons

Pay is substantially lower than competitors. Work life balance is non existent. Upper management has NO respect for the nurses out working in the field. They terminate loyal people who have been working at the company for years without hesitation.
