Nothing, read my cons list below.

Cons

. The CEO mentioned in training how he got into this world of IDD and Aging population bc he stated it was a good financial decision. Embarrassing 2. The training was 3 ridiculous weeks of trying to get tech to get our zoom and adobe to work. 3. Training does not exist. Nobody knows what their doing. HR will send an indeed and Glassdoor review QR code to hep with their reviews without even doing the job first. 4. Constant turnover and families are beginning to realize. Haven’t met one SC who has been here a solid year besides the starting crew for care lync. 5. They will fire you for anything. Don’t waste your time that 53k or whatever they offer is not even close to worth it or will last.

Promise of helping the disabled and elderly face-to-face daily

Cons

I was excited to work directly with clients locally. I passed two interviews and took time uploading many required documents. I quit my current job. I shared difficulties with HR in uploading diplomas and what I could do. I followed through on those commitments and had planned to upload what I could by day's end at 5:00 P.M. on my own unpaid time. I got an email at 3:15 P.M. about my job offer being rescinded. Now I am jobless. Phone calls to HR throughout the hiring process always went to voicemail. Emails after this incident to HR are ignored. Furthermore, health insurance does not start for three months. Retirement 401K 3% contribution does not start for twelve months.
