Pros
Love coming to work every day! Excellent pay. Non-profit. Great co-workers, positive environment in most departments. Company is very employee-oriented. They take action based on employee feedback and the feedback is transparent. Much discussion of company visions, intentions and financials are given out freely in meetings. Everything is transparent, I just love how open the company is to any questions. There are no secrets. Open positions are posted, and encouragement given to apply. Innovation is exalted. Gosh, I can go on, this is such a great company!
Cons
Building is kept too hot! Often times floors are kept between 75-85 degrees even in the summer. Hard to work in those conditions. Some departments lack uplifting management - and are very clique-ish. Some supervisors/managers should not be supervisors and lack people/management skills (NOT my department).
