Pros
A company being ripped a part in an industry facing challenges nationwide is crazy sauce, look outside peeps. Expanded 20 fold over the past few years & with that can come cuts & efficiencies especially with current economic challenges?? Yeah maybe bad decisions but how would any of these recent reviews know if they aren’t making decisions? Layoffs happen every day in every industry check the news or your friends family or strangers. It’s a hard time
Cons
Pay isn’t the most competitive, have heard from newer people they weren’t told the truth on comp with bonuses coming in. Likely won’t get those anymore. CEO be making bank but don’t all Chiefs.
