Pros

Values and rewards employees a lot. This organization has been a local company until 5 years ago. But in the last 5 years they are trying to get a global outlook though they operate only in USA. They are trying to offshore most of their work through IT companies. They offer good bonus up to 15 % of the annual compensation. Also, they offer 6% cash match for 401k. They provide free parking for FTEs. Good and clean working environment. They have good cafeteria in HQ building.

Cons

I have seen some politics happening in teams where existing employees trying to stop/ sideline new joiners from growing in the organization. Though upper management is aware of this couldn't take stringent actions. In the long run, this will impact whole organization where talented people would either leave and won't join the company.

Pros

401k match, pto, remote work

Cons

- Extreme focus on productivity metrics created constant pressure and an unsustainable pace - Expected to carry full implementation projects alone without adequate support or realistic timelines - Workload and expectations were excessive, leading to chronic stress and burnout - The environment took a serious toll on my mental and physical health, and I continue to deal with the lasting effects of that strain - Organizational priorities consistently favored output over employee well\-being, with little meaningful support to offset the demands - Unexpected terminations occurred within clinical teams, including among long\-term employees, contributing to a sense of instability and lack of job security
