Pros

Depends on which vet clinic you work for. They do offer health insurance, but it’s overpriced and not vet good. Other be if it’s highly lack unless you are a vet, then they give you anything. They do give pay holiday which is nice. Everything else is bs, as they hold back until you reach a year.

Cons

Will let go of anyone new due to them not making the amount of money they fill. They think a clinic in a farming town should bring in just as much as one in the middle of a rich city. Does not understand different cities and states have different people. Care about their pocket books, not their people under them making sure they have their money.

Pros

I've been with CareVet for five years, and during that time I've learned so much through the different roles I've held and the opportunities I've been given. If you're willing to work hard, there are plenty of opportunities to explore different teams, grow within the company, earn internal promotions, and discover an area you're truly passionate about. To me, CareVet feels like family, and so do the people I work with. I've built meaningful relationships with my coworkers, and I truly can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Like any young and growing company, CareVet has experienced its share of growing pains. However, I've seen firsthand how much we've evolved over the years, and I'm confident we'll continue growing toward the vision that Dr. Kent and Greg set out to create.
