Pros
Fun office, beer, good people
Cons
The company was constructed to better vet clinics via acquisition and living wage for employees. Most of their talking points ended up being no more than talking points once the economy took a turn for the worst. Poor leadership and inability to follow a logical business plan led to a complete crash and burn. The idea was they could have a large HW overhead because they produce large revenue percentage at the practice level to fund the bloated leaderships salary. Once the economy slowed and inflation happened it was realized all the growth was simply organic growth and had nothing to do with the business structure . Instead of reducing spending and focusing on fixing the current hospitals in network they attempt to fix issues by throwing more money at the problem. I don’t see the company lasting much longer, I have already updated my resume in preparation for the next wave of layoffs or total shutdown.
