Business Outlook
Pros
CareVet is great in that the goals are clear (operational and financial excellence), but how you/your team gets there is for the most part up to you. The team and support are there if and when needed, but you are encouraged and rewarded to pave your own path. The people and culture are great (second to none) and the environment is unlike what you typically experience in corporate America (for better or for worse). It’s a liberating and gratifying place to come to work everyday.
Cons
If tight structure and feedback is what you need, CareVet may not be your place. Additionally, CareVet isn’t high on typical corporate culture. These can be seen as both good and bad in my opinion.
