While there are many aspects of this company that I appreciate, such as the hardworking and dedicated team and the overall positive work environment, One area where improvement is needed: internal promotion opportunities. Unfortunately, it seems that many of the higher-level positions are filled by outside hires rather than promoting from within the organization.
