Praise for doing good work including specifics in a large teams chat! Sign on bonus and very little travel for clients! Very responsive team and Admin

No forms to be able to take clients on walks, parks, or outside out of guardians sight

Pros

This company came into my life at the absolute perfect time! Even though I am an out of state employee everyone here is so welcoming and kind. This is the most genuine company and group of individuals I have ever worked for. I feel very lucky to be here

Pros

The company is so welcoming and supportive to their staff. They provide a lot of opportunities to collaborate with one another since it is in home therapy and there is not a lot of opportunity to meet in person. The company shows their appreciation doing special events for their staff each month. Decent pay for billable hours. PTO is pretty good and they give an allowance for professional development.

Cons

It takes a while to build up a caseload and some of the clients are not close by. This should improve as the company adds more BCBA’s.
