Sometimes deadlines arent reasonable but not that big of issue with great teamates

This company is a great place to start. The pay was not truly competitive, but the atmosphere was overall healthy and encouraged a work-life balance so the cost-benefit worked for me. The management team is well structured and there is little to no drama (the kind that happens in a hierarchy normally) that I experienced. Everyone generally gets along and does their work. I learned a lot working here and would recommend it to anyone looking for work experience.

There did seem to be some movement towards unhealthy practices near the end of my time there that I hope was just the growing pains of changes. There was a lot more "we need to find efficiencies" and "how can we use AI" that seems to be dominating company culture these days, but I hope that was a brief fad and not a turn towards a way of life.
