Pros

Carlton Scale is a wonderful company and has many core values to create teamwork. Upper management is very accessible and care about the employees. They have a very generous PTO policy. Hard workers are rewarded. Expectations are to Serve with integrity and embrace a positive work place. If you like to complain and are a negative person this is not the place for you.

Cons

Sometimes allow negative employees to stay too long.

The other technicians make it feel like a team and they have your back

Cons

Terrible ethics. Stay away. They gave the techs that have been there a yearly raise which in some cases means that technician who has been there a year, or two maybe even more is basically making the same or less than a new hire with no experience.
