Pros
If you like working with senior residents in a retirement community than this would be the place for you. We cater to residents that are independent and cook them meals, and make them the necessary doctors appointments on a daily basis. We are a tight community and family, who respects everyone there as well as having a fun time with the residents. The residents aren't your average customers and you grow with them like your family from day to day. The food is excellent and the location is perfect for those who do not have cars and need access to public transportation, grocery, farmers market.
Cons
The only downside to working at Carlton Senior Living is not having enough time to get to know everyone you work with. Eventually people pass on to a new journey and if some aren't prepared to deal with the passing of loved ones, that could be a little upsetting at times.
