Very greedy, sucking the poor Seniors dry - Anonymous employee Carlton Senior Living Employee Review

Terrible pay and benefits for its hardest workers in the communities. Most floor staff have to work two jobs just to make ends meet. There are definitely favorites and a type of employee that will become successful at Carlton. Nickle and dime each resident TERRIBLY! Bill for services that are mediocre at best. They will even bill residents for services that weren't performed. You have to fight tooth and nail to get credit back. Many residents complain to our floor staff, but concerns are not heard. The management at top are greedy, and do not care.
