Management tends to Micro-Manage everything
Need to get a product in the market
Very old school way of company culture i.e. good luck working from home sometimes. If you do, some leadership take it as you not working.
Carnegie Technologies Response

Thank you so much for taking the time to voice your concerns. As you know, your opinion matters here at Carnegie Technologies! One of our core values is "Do the Hard Thing - We believe the most important problems aren't always obvious or easily solved." - my hope is that you will reach out to me privately so that we can brainstorm on how to most effectively approach and solve the issues that concern you the most. My door is always open.
Innovative and creative. Truly a start-up that listens to new ideas and upper management has an open door that invites collaboration.
There is zero micro-managing which is great, but because of the several projects in the works upper management can be a little distant.
Your voice is heard, your work is appreciated, it was a great learning experience to the inside and out of how new projects/ideas can be launched and take off.
You feel very well respected and appreciated. The morale is amazing.
Cons
Onboarding was a pain and pretty much self-taught for the project I was on, but also kind of a pro because I was able to learn quite a bit about technology that was outside of my realms of sales.
The project I was on was not ready to launch for the sales price or sales projection they wanted, the platform should have been built out before they approached the market. Their competitors for the SaaS are miles ahead, but I believe in given time they can disrupt that market.
