      Pros

      Flexibility is a big thing for me. I am in the float pool and this job is very flexible. I can work as much as I want or as little as I want which helps me in school

      Cons

      With any healthcare job you run into nurses who aren't very helpful. I don't have this problem often but there are certain floors I hate to go to for this reason.
