      -family friendly -always rewarding staff with stuff, lots of stuff (apron, gym bag. umbrella, lunch, turkey for thanksgiving, ham for Christmas. The product changes everytime but the idea is there) -discounts for meals purchased at the hosptial -always willing to help with a kind heart

      Cons

      -PTO is not enough as it includes vacation, sick, and holiday -time off required to use Major sick leave is unrealistic -the lack of a flexible schedule for office staff
