Its a stable employer in and unstable economic environment.
Cons
There is no invisible line between staff and administration. It is 10 feet wide and glaring. New hires are welcome at a bare bones salary, do not expect compensation for experience. Do expect an occasional beat down, administration needs to let of steam once in a while.
