      Pros

      I've been in my profession for over 30 years and worked at over a dozen hospitals and clinics across the USA. This hospital has a great culture of teamwork and patient care, excellent overall leadership, best benefits I've seen (hospital-owned insurance-low co-pay 90% coverage on all procedures in network). Definitely the best place I've worked in.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but pay is low yet the cost of living, taxes, and benefits do make up for a lot of that.
