      Pros

      Good charting system, updated equipment and great opportunity to advance your career.

      Cons

      Terrible work enviroment, the people are rude and toxic. Most people I know work here only a few weeks and leave. I always tell people not to work here if you are a PCT, RN, LPN. Hospital specifically. I have seen nurses belittle PCT’s at huddle time, and I have seen lack of help from both parties. Glad I left when I did. Most people I know that did work there left as well.

      Flexible scheduling in float pool unit, consistent shift availabilities, kind coworkers, good communication through email

      none I can think of specific to the workplace, great place to work!
