Leadership has an open-door policy, they're willing to listen to ideas for improvement and efficiencies; the company has been working to modernize and improve processes where it makes sense. Heavy phone calls from customers during our peak seasons: it’s important to have the personal touch of having “live” operator for our customers over the phone, but it can sometimes be demanding on staff--- but everyone helps out so that's great! Even the owners jump on the phone to help out! Workloads can get busy and a bit unpredictable depending on the season, but co-workers jump in and help out.

The pay is decent to start. Really nice co-workers.

Extremely toxic work environment. Owners act entitled and micromanage. No performance reviews or raises. Employees are fired at random. No paid holidays. Morale is low. Zero diversity.
