This is a stable company, and it's family owned and operated so there’s a more personal feel; the leadership genuinely cares about employees and puts forth efforts to recognize hard working dedicated employees that care -- hard working employees are recognized. The dedication and longevity of employees speak volumes about the strength of this company and its leadership. Leadership has an open-door policy, they're willing to listen to ideas for improvement and efficiencies; the company has been working to modernize and improve processes where it makes sense. This is a great place to grow if you’re willing to take on different responsibilities and learn new skills.
Cons
Heavy phone calls from customers during our peak seasons: it’s important to have the personal touch of having “live” operator for our customers over the phone, but it can sometimes be demanding on staff--- but everyone helps out so that's great! Even the owners jump on the phone to help out! Workloads can get busy and a bit unpredictable depending on the season, but co-workers jump in and help out.
