Heavy phone calls from customers during our peak seasons: it’s important to have the personal touch of having “live” operator for our customers over the phone, but it can sometimes be demanding on staff--- but everyone helps out so that's great! Even the owners jump on the phone to help out! Workloads can get busy and a bit unpredictable depending on the season, but co-workers jump in and help out.
