Pros

They do not micro manage and tray you like adults. It is a remote position and are flexible with work life balance and not being stuck to your computer all day. Upper management is very supportive and will step in to help when needed. Has helped build confidence and work as a team.

Cons

Account management sometimes has to wear alot of hats of other departments unfortunately. There is no work life banal e when you are in peak season. Working 8-8 Monday -Saturday stuck to your computer. There are a ton of responsibilities and have to be great at multi tasking and catching little issues before they become large. Some of the Customers are needy which translates bending over backwards when it’s not that big of a problem.

Cons

Growing so quickly that they need more talented leaders.
