Very poor management - Anonymous employee Cash Depot Employee Review

LOW pay. Raises seldom given. Xmas bonuses were great but would rather have it in my hourly pay so a decent living could be made. Don't make management mad because you are walked out the door for no reason. And feel free to sit at your desk and do nothing all day. Apparently your job is safe if you don't work hard. Completely overworked with no concern from management. Department supervisors are actually naive enough to think they have power. It's truly sad how rich the owner is and how little he pays his minions.
