Pros
Decent vacation time. Job security if you can play into the corporate politics. The worse you do your job, the less work they give you, and they give it to someone else who will do the job.
Cons
Very corrupt company. They care about their clients but they treat their employees terribly. They break whistleblower laws and retaliate. They employ people who break the law just because they are friends, and they commit fraud on a daily basis. Their turnover is insane. And when employees report anything, they act like they care and will make a difference, but it's a scam. Worst employer I have ever encountered. I also have facts/proof to support all of this, this is not an opinion.
