People are, for the most, part friendly and approachable.

Cons

Disorganization is rampant. Onboarding was terrible, and I didn't get everything I was promised in my offer. Zero discipline in the workforce. Zero accountability for continually making the same mistakes. Impossible to be responsible for a process over which there is zero control. Union are only out to serve the most senior members. They say they're interested in safety - but actions speak louder than words!
