No pros as I know but still good from some service based companies.
Cons
Let me tell you the policies they have, 1. For trainee, 10 hours work and if late after 9:30 then half day, and they don't care if you leave late at night. Flexibility is for employees only. 2. No food service, you have to pay for fruit and everything you eat their, from snacks to drink. 3. 15 leaves total for a year including sick and other. 4. If you want to go out for lunch in lunch time then you have to punch card and complete that time by working more for that day or just by stay their as work is very less. 5. No fund is provided by the company to employees for party like farewell party. Employees have to contribute and celebrate by their own money. 6. Extended 6 months of training to around 8 months and also extends appraisal from 12 to 18 month and the bonus which is also deducted from your ctc every month will not be given to you if you leave just after your appraisal, you have to wait for three months after appraisal to get bonus, your own money which is also too less. That mean first appraisal after 8 months of training then again 1 year of working will be happen almost after two years and what only 3 lac to 4.5 lac. 7. 9 hours of working for employees and 10 hours for trainee. 8. work is also not that much to provide that good exposure for developers. 9. 3 month notice period after training which will make you to stay their for at least 3 years.
