Pros
Pros: Very good first salary hike. Great work culture now (After certain policy changes during my stay) Onsite opportunities are there but limited Great for freshers willing to enrich their knowledge in Performance testing and have a career out of it. Highly inspiring company heads graduated from the most reputed institutions of India. P.S. Working in the client teams would be worth it.
Cons
Cons: Very Low salary pay during training period (Probably the daily wages labour in the nearby factories earn more than us) i.e. 8k No proper training and it hardly takes a month or two for completion but is stretched till 6 months time period with same low salary pay. No much innovation or performance engineering upgrades of its products, no usage of latest/popular technologies and practices.
