Pros

Management is excellent. There are some highly skilled managers there. The office can be really fun. It has a really quick pace. No wasted time. Everyone tells a lot of jokes. They'll teach you how to sell whether you want to learn or not. You'll be around a lot of interesting people in the office. You get a blackberry. There can't possibly be a better place that is better at giving recognition. They make you feel like gold when you get a sale. Every job after it is gonna feel like a cakewalk.

Cons

Long hours. Starts real early, ends really late. Even later on the last days of the month. There is hardly any downtime. Lots of micromanaging of time. Very high attrition rate. People quit constantly. They just disappear. A lot of people from your training class are no longer working there after 3 months, even less after six. Time goes fast. You'll talk to a coworker about what you two did the other day and then realize it was last night.

Pros

It wouldn't allow me to put my actual last year (2012) but during my 2 year employment, I made great money. I made president's club both years and regular saw 7K checks with some topping 10K. I used to win nice watches, luxury sunglasses, skydiving trips, box seats at Lakers games, box seating at really cool concerts, etc.

Cons

LONG hours...I would arrive at 7am for the morning meeting. we would then have team meeting at 8am and we would hit the road at 9am. We wouldn't get back until 5:30-6:00pm BUT nobody complained because we were paid for it. Nobody cared what gas prices were because we were more than compensated (I forgot to mention Dom, the big boss, would but gas cards and hand those out just because you had a nice suit on. Dude was such a good leader....eveyone wanted to do good for Dom. Why? I/ couldn't explain it...ther than he knew how to lead and that involves getting people to buy into your plan. We did. And Dom had that division leading the company each and every month. Two of the best years of my career and it happened in the very beginning. I will always miss my time here. what a con. lol. it was a great job
