Pros
Compared to other companies, the sheer volume of talent is incredible. Very challenging environment, but ton of opportunity to shine! The culture is amazing - everyone is empowered to raise concerns and given a chance to act on them. Imagine having call center employees voice an issue openly and candidly to C-level executives . . . and have those execs take them seriously rather than pay lip-service. And everyone's bonus is based on the same criteria (compared to other companies where only the elite get bonuses).
Cons
Benefits not as nice as other companies in the area; vacation/sick/personal days to manage versus just PTO.
