Pros

Ok. So while working at CBeyond you learn how to sell absolutely anything. If you make it here you can make it anywhere. Recruiters look for people that have been successful here because they know how difficult it is to sell CBeyond products. The products offered are great, you just need to understand them and you will feel passionate to sell. You have flexibility as long as your are selling. Everyone is very friendly. Lots of incentives. Cloud products available are very exciting to sell. CBeyond offers a one stop solution for small businesses.

Cons

I love this place because my manager and my team are so amazing and I have grown a great deal thanks to them. Unfortunately not all the managers are great since some love to micro manage to a point where you feel as if you are being treated as a child. Asking for 50 cards a day , checking matching zip codes, and then marking them is just ridiculous. Some team leads are too focused on themselves and wont help new employees in there teams. Sink or swim. I feel bad for the reps that hate working here because they are micro managed and are miserable. On the other hand there are some managers that are very supportive, give you flexibility as long as you are selling and are always involved in helping you succeed. Like in every business you have some stronger teams than others. Salary is less than industry standard.

Pros

It wouldn't allow me to put my actual last year (2012) but during my 2 year employment, I made great money. I made president's club both years and regular saw 7K checks with some topping 10K. I used to win nice watches, luxury sunglasses, skydiving trips, box seats at Lakers games, box seating at really cool concerts, etc.

Cons

LONG hours...I would arrive at 7am for the morning meeting. we would then have team meeting at 8am and we would hit the road at 9am. We wouldn't get back until 5:30-6:00pm BUT nobody complained because we were paid for it. Nobody cared what gas prices were because we were more than compensated (I forgot to mention Dom, the big boss, would but gas cards and hand those out just because you had a nice suit on. Dude was such a good leader....eveyone wanted to do good for Dom. Why? I/ couldn't explain it...ther than he knew how to lead and that involves getting people to buy into your plan. We did. And Dom had that division leading the company each and every month. Two of the best years of my career and it happened in the very beginning. I will always miss my time here. what a con. lol. it was a great job
