Pros
First of all, the sales training is great. They teach you a very effective sales model that you can carry with you forever. It is also a very fun office. They hire personalities and everyone is a person I would enjoy spending time with outside of the office. It's a very high energy atmosphere. If you're shy this is the wrong place for you. Good people with good senses of humor. I love working with these people. There are always very attractive monthly sales prizes on the line. Sometimes it's straight cash, sometimes it's 50'' TV's or even vacations (Jamaica, Mexico, Vegas to name a few). Also, they pay nice milestone bonuses which are reasonably set to achieve every 6 months or so. Compensation is fair but confusing (see cons). If you do well, not even great, just well, you'll make good money.
Cons
It's the hardest job I've ever had. Matter of fact, the actual job sucks. Door to door sales isn't the easiest thing to do. It's a gut check everyday. There is constant pressure to hit your monthly quota. AND the quota for consultants isn't very reasonable. Even the top consultants only hit quota about every third month. The commission structure needs work. They stress revenue, but pay your commission based on units. It doesn't make sense.
