Pros

The residents is the only reason I show back up everyday

Cons

I don’t know where to begin. The place is the worst. There’s a lot of favoritism and they keep hiring management children, which is a problem. They don’t get anything done when they are working here the executive director play favorites and not practical. It’s a very toxic work environment. the money is not that great for the amount of work that they expect on you. The only time there’s room for growth is if you’re in their little clicks or in a circle rules been applied to everybody management that wants the building is way too young and experience the treats it like a sorority. I assume she means well but it’s not a good place and the sad part about it. Is that most family members and residents know this because I hear the things that go on, but it’s almost like it’s too late. We’ve already signed the contract which brings to another factor. You can’t have teenagers working in a place that requires the level of care that some of the residents have they’re not experienced. Staff doesn’t know how to clean up behind himself leaving get a mess for another department to clean up.
