Pros

Nice end of year parties. Yearly bonus and salary raise. Relatively high salaries. You "help" fight crime. You won't get fired easily. Constantly hiring new employees. Large variety of tea flavors, coffee machines, cookies, fruits, cold beverages. Fresh sandwiches every day at 18:30 to those who are still at the office.

Cons

HR is weak. No personal attention between management & HR to the "little man". Management constantly hiding information relevant to employees, until the last minute, causing rumors to spread. Sitting in open space with back towards the hall, in a manner that everyone passing by can see your screen. Often, nowhere to go to make a private phone call. Not many new positions opening, and many of those that do, are acquired by new employees instead of promoting from the inside. Every dev group, and every team is completly different, no single working methodology nor technology. Parking inside the building costs 150 Shekels/month.

Toxic work culture - no trust, team connections, negativity, backstabbing Completely cleaned house of all exec team in last two years
