People managers who focus solely on themselves and don't know how to lead/inspire Disorganized processes with little ownership Unnecessary silos that make improvements impossible Little to no collaboration across the organization Many hidden agendas + no transparency + tons of office politics/drama Toxic environment due to difficult coworkers that aren't willing to compromise and stall progress/change A lot of passive aggressive behavior from higher level colleagues Unrealistic growth expectations/goals for employees + understaffed teams Few (if any) opportunities for career growth/development Regular power plays with HQ in Israel
