Pros
Family-oriented, exceptionally intelligent and driven workforce, engaged employees who are all invested in the company mission for a safer world!!! If you want to work with great smart people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty to get the job done then this is the place to be. Exposure and experience with globally distributed teams or vendors are second to none! The intrinsic value more often outweighs the drawbacks making Cellebrite a great place to work.
Cons
Opportunity for growth or movement between teams can be difficult, although not impossible, which also includes raises and financial promotion. Work-life balance can be difficult to manage but also not impossible, depending on your specific job function and teammates. Communication and transparency might be the biggest challenges facing the company now and historically but, nothing unusual for company this size and dispersed. I would do it over again in a heartbeat and overall very grateful!
