Pros

If you are working in Sales or Marketing, and have a competent boss you will have a great time. It all depends on if you have a boss that will push for you and help you grow. An issue tho is the company seems to clean house every two years with upper management. If you are looking to stay at your position for a year this will be a fine place to work. This is a great company to pick up knowledge and work with some great people. If you put effort in you can learn a plethora of information.

Cons

If you are looking for a career do not apply. It seems the average employee last about a year to two at Cellebrite. Now here is the issue with the company on an international level, they don't care about the US. Most of the higher management resides in Israel and this is where the money is spent. The Israel office is thrive with a game room, and activity rooms for employees (this is the office most of the positive reviews come from). In the parsippany/DC office there is nothing, most employees have to fight to get the broken coffee machine working. US employees are very overlooked. In 2019 we were told there would be no holiday parties for only to find out Israel office rented a venue, had a DJ, and flew the US sales team out. and no other departments. Many employees felt betrayed after this. Unless you are on the Sales team and making the company money you do not matter. Sales team will get whatever they request ,and this is why these are the only positions that you should apply for. Any other position you will be overworked and undervalued if you mention anything they will start hiring processes behind your back. Due to the way the US is treated and high turnover of employees there is such a toxic environment. So much backstabbing, most people don't respect each other and just put a smile on. Work life balance sucks, you will be overworked. If you don't put yourself 120% into your job where you are ignore your family life they will say you are not a team player. On the opposite spectrum if you stay late and do duties outside your job scope this will not reflect on you when you get your bonus. There are favorites in the company if you are a new higher find out who they are and just befriend them. This is the best advice I can give you otherwise it's a dead end job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contribution over the years. We appreciate hearing that you value the industry we operate in and recognize Cellebrite’s innovation and leadership in the market. At the same time, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and environment we strive to create. We understand from your comments that there was a feeling of disconnect, frustration, and a lack of trust, and we don’t take that lightly. Periods of change and transformation can be challenging, and while change is sometimes necessary, we recognize that it must be accompanied by transparency, communication, and genuine care for our people. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We take your comments seriously.
