- There is an extreme difference in the culture experienced by those at the main office in Israel vs. the one in the US, and this disparity is palpable to everyone in North America
- The products are geared for Law Enforcement and the culture within the company reflects a lot of these values. Its very much a mission (profit) first, people second type of culture.
- There is very little in the way of employee development or paths for career progression. Very little internal mobility.
- Sales and the Go to Market teams are severely lacking appropriate enablement
tools. Training is lackluster, there are no sales enablement tools to speak of.
- Executives/org leaders need significant training in employee/people management
