Pros

Amazing company to be part of. allow you to be involved in the full lifecycle of the product. The different guilds are the place where you can learn and investigate new technologies. Working with different peoples from different geo locations is really nice and help you learn different cultures. Working in hybrid mode helps me balance between work and home (and family).

Cons

You need to be true talent in order to be noticed. the level of the people working in Cellebrite is really high

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contribution over the years. We appreciate hearing that you value the industry we operate in and recognize Cellebrite’s innovation and leadership in the market. At the same time, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and environment we strive to create. We understand from your comments that there was a feeling of disconnect, frustration, and a lack of trust, and we don’t take that lightly. Periods of change and transformation can be challenging, and while change is sometimes necessary, we recognize that it must be accompanied by transparency, communication, and genuine care for our people. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We take your comments seriously.
