Like others have said, if you're a US employee, you're not worthy. The Israelis run the show and they treat the US employees like their children. There's backstabbing, gaslighting, disagreements, harassment, and you'll never be able to please them. No matter what you do and how good it is, it's never good enough for them. And despite being in Israel, they run the American public sector too and have all the intel into our US law enforcement agencies. They insist on running the US division like they're based in Israel, despite the US public sector being a completely different world. You're treated like you're being managed by the Israeli army. There's no work/life balance. Everyone is constantly stressed and having mental breakdowns (which may include trips to the hospital), lots of fighting, tears, and micro-managing. You'll be surprised by random video calls at all hours of the day. You're expected to work weekends and at least 12-hour days, and you must always be available for Israel.
