      Pros

      Cellebrite has an easy to market product and it always feels good to feel like you're apart of making the world a safer place. The company licensed products they send to your address is a valiant effort to boost company morale for those working from home. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      I was told by a manager that this is a company that you only work at for a year before you move on. Appreciated the honesty but that was foreshawdowing for how much churn I would witness in the short time I was there. Some people would quit out of frustration over the weekend only to never be heard from again. The marketing team is huge and with very capable individuals but some members lack accountability and are quick to throw others underneath the bus. Some are honestly just catty for sport. Being understaffed definitely changes the trajectory of one's path here and that seems to be the constant here at this company. Product Marketing seems to always have it the hardest.

      Toxic work culture - no trust, team connections, negativity, backstabbing Completely cleaned house of all exec team in last two years
