Cons

Cellebrite’s culture is to overload employees with responsibilities and pack on work without any extra pay (this has also been confirmed by many of the Cellebrite veterans I have worked with). You won’t be considered a “team player” or to have “good work ethic” if you aren’t constantly going above and beyond even if it’s at the very last minute on a Friday. Cellebrite loves to profit off of overworked and underpaid employees while giving very little in return. You constantly work 60-70 hours a week? “Great!” says Cellebrite - but you can forget about a fair bonus or salary raise! Not meeting the duties and responsibilities of the job is one thing but when last minute sense of “urgency” around projects and changing SOW becomes the norm and it’s expected that we abandon our families to cater to the company’s continual last minute fires, the job no longer becomes sustainable. Giving our full during normal hours is expected, but that is it. Giving our full does not mean absorbing other employees duties if they quit, being overloaded, or being taken advantage of in anyway. And when you speak up and try to set healthy boundaries for yourself - good luck! - you’re no longer a team player. The CEO sees good work ethic as breaking your back for the company and taking on extra responsibility with zero compensation for it. Last year in 2022 almost half of the marketing department left the company due to the demands (very long weeknights, being expected to work weekends, being forced to meet unrealistic sales goals, etc). There have also been colleagues that had to go to the hospital because the mental stress at work made them very sick.

We have developed detailed marketing plans that provide a comprehensive understanding of the work that needs to be done, including individual campaigns, months in advance. This proactive approach allows us to allocate resources better and manage workloads effectively. To support these efforts, we have also invested in significant additional resources to enhance our capacity. Additionally, we have implemented a traffic coordination function that involves weekly standup reviews to ensure better workload and resource management. As a result of these measures, we have already seen improvements in our planning and prioritization processes. While we acknowledge that there is still room for improvement, we are committed to steadily addressing the issues you've raised. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and want to make sure you know that your concerns are being taken seriously. We’d like to invite you to set up a meeting with our CMO and elaborate more.
