This proactive approach allows us to allocate resources better and manage workloads effectively.
To support these efforts, we have also invested in significant additional resources to enhance our capacity. Additionally, we have implemented a traffic coordination function that involves weekly standup reviews to ensure better workload and resource management.
As a result of these measures, we have already seen improvements in our planning and prioritization processes.
